“Just wanted to send a quick note to say what a great job the team did in moving us to our new office yesterday. As always, they were really efficient, helpful and polite, making a difficult move really easy. Please pass on our thanks to all three of them for all their hard work on our behalf”

“Your guys (Michael / Craig & Nathan) were truly excellent. They made a great job of the loading and a truly superlative job at this end. The idiots we bought from had turned everything (power / water / oil / boiler) off up here - yet left no notes to warn they had done so nor where to find anything. The power / water were reasonably straightforward but the main power to the boiler (the only way to heat water) took me over an hour to find. And we had to wash disgustingly filthy worksurfaces down before we could even make a drink. So the 3 of them simply got on with it and only bothered us where absolutely essential. They were probably 50% unloaded before we even managed to plug the kettle in! And that included taking a load of stuff and organising it in the 4 sheds at the bottom of the garden! They even virtually beat us up to the house. We did give them 30 mins start - but even so it's pretty impressive in an 18 tonner as I don't drive slowly. So please accept our thanks for a really excellent job. Your 3 were a real credit to your company. We've thanked them - make sure you do, please!”

“I just wanted to say thank you very much for making my move happen, even though the keys to our new home weren’t made available until after 4pm and I was about to give up hope. Your terrific workforce was unbelievably organised, patient, calm, cheerful, kind, reassuring and extremely hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble – they were incredible. Thank you for sending extra manpower at 5.30 pm – that made all the difference. I’m really pleased that I chose Darvill’s – it was worth every penny. I have recommended you to lots of family and friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again Stacey.”

“We have been very satisfied with the staff and company at Darvills and Bens. Mick and his team handled our furniture with great care and nothing was too much trouble. A stressful day was made so much easier. Thank you much. We will certainly be recommending them in the future.”

“Excellent service, polite & friendly staff. This was a difficult move with last minute disaster regards paperwork with solicitors etc meanings belonging had to be placed in storage until an agreed completion was scheduled. Everyone at Darvills show empathy for me & my young family. I feel they went above & beyond their service promise. Highly reccomend this service to all of my family & friends.”

“All the team were great and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all good mannered to everyone. Such a good sense of humour too. We are so pleased that we booked Darvills to move our home contents and well worth it to pay the extra for packing as it was all packed really well and with care. Thank you Mick, Neil, Stu, Chris and James for looking after our home contents and being so careful not to break a thing. Ian and Julie x”

“We would recommend Darvills and would use them again. Our move was a bit tricky: my husband was out of the country and not able to get back til late on the night before our move. Stacey came to give a quotation and was very professional and reassuring. We used their packing service and the team got on whilst I went to work then returned on the day of the move to finish and move us. The whole team of lads, with Shane as gaffer, did a splendid job and were very good natured and supportive throughout. They worked their socks off, kept things calm throughout and dealt with everything professionally. A really good service and excellent follow up service too, with Darvills organising a repair on a bed settee for us: the bed settee's folding mechanism came back working perfectly. Our move was, as I said, a bit tricky, and Darvills took the sting out of a pretty stressful day. Thank you very much to a great team of lads. Denise and John Stanford”
