“Was bay insurenc for cople days .wery easy to use.but problem are I'm in 2 days whit this insurance but when checked askmid its says car its not insured end its second day.so taking ages' was baying before in Aviva end even if I bay for one day after one hour it appears insured on askmid.so I don't only understand way this company takes so long.but otherwise great company”

Hi, in the last day or so we have had a slight issue with reporting to the motor insurance database (MID). However, your policy is still valid and you are insured from the moment you purchase a policy. The MID is used as a database to check to see if people are insured but if your policy isn't on the MID, that does not mean you're not insured. I'm very sorry you've experienced this problem as we do expect to have it resolved very soon.
