I won't tell you not to employ an expert because I have. To recover your lost Bitcoin, you must hire a professional to complete the job. Very few people are capable of recovering Bitcoin, therefore be careful not to hire Scammers posing as Recovery Experts, since they will also defraud you of your funds. You can recover your Bitcoin by emailing (recoveryexpert @ rescueteam. com). Expert who successfully retrieved 480,000 USD in bitcoin lost to an investment website called "CITADEL_FX." To demonstrate that he gets the job done, he only takes charges when the job is completed.

Customer service from the 'manager' Raj is absolutely zero - i had a collection from the local store went with my ID, but was told to follow the system and a code is sent to my email address. I explained that my emails aren't on my phone to which he replied 'That's the system, if you choose not to read it that is your problem' No flexibility or general good customer service. They sent me the code so I had to drive home to get it, on return the code had expired. I can't tell you how frustrated I am and how angry at the lack of service and pure rudeness.

Cooker bought end off July disabled person delivered with a dent on side now hob rings have gone rusty been told its cosmetic only ever used a sponge to wipe or clean any spillages nothing to be done by company

Customer care is a joke, customer service is non existent. Their employees only know how to upsell and verify who you are by reading the data protection script! Owe me money and 4 calls from a non exsistent manager

Terrible customer service We were looking forwarding to receiving a new oven we ordered from Currys to replace a broken one. After a month the day arrived when the Currys fitters came to deliver and install the new oven. We had also paid for them to dispose of the old oven, which had a broken oven but a working gas hob that had kept us going for over a month. The fitters first uninstalled the old oven, but then dropped and broke the new oven (shattering its glass door) whilst bringing it into the house. They stated they could not fit the old one back (despite them being gas fitters). They also told us after speaking to the depot it would be a week before a new one arrived. The fitters also said we should ring the Currys customer service line to see what they could do as recompense and then left, but not before leaving broken glass all over the driveway which they failed to clean up. Shortly after the Currys fitters left we were sent a text message from Currys to say it would be over a month before a new oven arrived. my wife phoned up customer service to see what could be done as we had been informed the wait would only be a week. In return she was met by a Currys customer service rep who only offered a 10% discount in return for the huge mess up caused by the fitters. With this 10% discount we will have to go out and buy a counter top hob and oven! Meanwhile we have a gaping hole where the new oven should have gone and nothing to cook large meals with over the Christmas period. All-in-all a terrible customer service experience. Why didn't the fitters bring the new oven into the house before disconnecting the old one in case of an issue? We then felt deceived over the date they initially gave us for installing the replacement oven, and finally we were met by a customer service team who were disinterested about the situation and were only prepared to offer a small discount which won't even cover the costs for the purchase of a temporary counter top hob and oven.

Currys are the single worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service, I have an £860 voucher to purchase 2 Apple Watches, I ordered them to the Blackburn store to collect on Monday, I waited for my collection email but never got it, after 4 days I checked my curry's account to be told the items had been cancelled due to no stock, no refund to my gift voucher, the items are still available online so clearly they are letting people order items they don't have every single day, I have since contacted the customer service team 😂 as if, to be promised a refund urgently, no one has ever come back to me, I then made an official complaint on Friday and was again promised a message back but yet again no contact and no refund. This has now been going on for three weeks and absolutely none of this is my fault, I will never ever be buying anything from them ever again and they still owe me a refund of £858, they are a joke and I would advise people not to trust a word they say, I have now been promised by 10 separate curry's staff that they would fix this problem and I still in exactly the same position as I was a month ago

Bought 50 inch samsung qled 5 months ago worse tv I have ever had.poor quality picture and sound.asked if I could change it they told me it was to late now. I am a disabled pensioner and did not realise there was a time limit .no compassion from them or understanding worse company I have ever dealt with stay clear.

Currys can start with their customers services. Phoned in to see where my parcel is and got told the laptop I order doesn’t get made anymore after a week. Phoned again to change my order and got told my order got cancelled even tho I didn’t ask to cancel it. After few days phoned back to see why I didn’t receive any emails or texts that my order got cancelled and got told that my order was never cancelled absolutely horrible experience I had with currys. After all that I got told I need to wait until they open an investigation. So basically it’s been 3 weeks, no refunds or calls or anything from them. Absolutely crazy when you think company this big and you have to deal with stupid problems like this.

Worst customer service Ever Little customer service in store,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU PHONE They don't want to know I will Never buy anything else at Currys and wish I had spent £700 with a company with product knowledge and customer service. Overseas call centres don't even know the names of British cities!!!!! You are Not allowed to phone the Store that you ordered goods from Buy electrical items from a retailer who cares, Not this one, I will

Utterly abysmal customer service. I have never experienced the total incompetence Currys staff show at every opertunity. I am now stuck with an apparently 4K 65 inch tv that pales in comparison to my previous 1080p plasma for picture quality. I already sent the 1st one back but that experience means I just cannot face calling them back. They are that bad!!! £800 QUID down the drain.. Avoid Currys you will seriously regret your purchase if you ever have to call them.

What a joke this company is. Don’t buy anything from them you are better off using Argos. Amazon or any other shop. Nothing is worse then their customer service. They are lying, breaching GDPR by giving you personal numbers. Manager never call you back. They cancel your order without permission and don’t give you money back. Also after sharing my story with my friends, I have found out that they had a similar experience in the past. One of them where waiting 2months for a replacement of a brand new fridge that was faulty when delivered.

This is the first time that I've ever posted a 1* review online. We bought a gas hob from Currys which, after it was installed, turned out to be leaking gas and dangerous. We had to have the hob isolated until Currys could replace it. Currys then charged us for the second installation. I have tried repeatedly to get help from Customer Service but they simply break promises and do not get in touch with me. This has gone on for a month. Please think twice before buying anything from this company. When I posted the above review I was contacted by a member of the Currys Trustpilot support team. After an exchange of a number of emails I was assured on 10th October that I would receive our refund within 10 days. Over 2 weeks later we have not received anything and my follow up emails have had no response. We really should not be put through this kind of stress by Currys.

Contrary to other Reviews posted, our experience with Currys @ Torquay was exceptional. Firstly Jeanette who assisted us with the Fridge/Freezer at the outset, to the follow-up calls she made to us to inform us of when the item was in stock....thank you. We were kept updated by Texts of the delivery date, and on 23/10/23, the bulky package was delivered up a long sloping driveway by Paul and Rob. These were not the usual characters that bring items to your front door with a grunt, but helpful, courteous, and nothing was to much trouble for them, thank-you both. All in all a seamless transaction, helped by the Staff at Currys. Ta.

I am overwhelmed with so much joy, Hackwest(@)writeme(.)com added over 200 points to my credit score after I contacted him early this month. West got rid of the derogatory, collections, eviction and bankruptcy that messed my credit score up. A Nightmare of an Experience with Currys I wish I could give Currys a lower rating than one star because they've truly earned it. My recent encounter with this company has been nothing short of a customer service horror story. If you're looking for a company that values your time, respects your requests, and employs qualified professionals, look elsewhere – because you won't find it here. First of all, we had informed the store multiple times that we needed a qualified electrician to install an integral washing machine. Despite our efforts to make this clear, the individual they sent on the initial delivery date (16/10/2023) was far from qualified to handle the job. He had no idea what he was doing and made promises he couldn't keep. He told us that we would have the installation completed by the next day, but that turned out to be a lie. Instead, we received a text later in the evening saying that the delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday between 08:00 and 14:00. We adjusted our plans, rearranged our schedules, and waited patiently, only to be met with empty promises yet again. Wednesday came and went, and there was no sign of Currys or their elusive "qualified professionals." Fed up, I decided to call customer service, hoping for some clarity and resolution. To my dismay, I was met with unhelpful, robotic responses from representatives who seemed more interested in reading from their scripts than genuinely assisting a customer in need. To add insult to injury, they informed me that there was no one available to perform the installation and, you guessed it, rescheduled it again. The final straw was the text message that arrived in the evening, proclaiming, "Great news! Your delivery will be with you on the 27th." I had already informed them of our unavailability during certain dates, but they clearly couldn't care less about their customers' needs. In conclusion, if you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress, frustration, and wasted time, I strongly recommend avoiding Currys at all costs. Their incompetence, poor communication, and disregard for their customers' schedules are astounding. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Shop elsewhere and spare yourself this ordeal.
