“Great tasty food. Delivery prompt and effortless on my part. The only problem is the frozen gel packs. I have no idea what to do with them. I would prefer water. Also preferred frozen delivery but I probably just need to get used to the fresh”

“I am not happy with the last purchase despite me been a customer for some time ..This is the worst product / May be delivery time it took Chicken is soft and smelling and the pack is warm not even frozen Plus when I open the chock it smells Plus the tips of the wings which I like to eat and reason I buy wings have been CUT OFF? WHY I like to eat the tips o the wings ..not sure why it was cut off and the whole delivery is not good”

“Box arrived on the correct day, however, whilst still cold the ice-packs had defrosted. One item was missing. I got an email about it, but it would have been better if it had not been "orderable". I don't understand how stock control is so hard on e-shopping, to mark an item sold out and not allow you to order it. Meat is well packaged, but you do need to "air it" as when first opened it all smells strong. The quality was good, although the chicken had less meat on it than other organic ones of the same weight.”

“The chicken thighs were delicious, have not tried the lamb yet but looking forward to that. Service was quick and efficient, I was kept informed of the delivery date and time, it was delivered exactly then they said it would be.”

“I was very unhappy with my purchase , straight after receiving my order I went on to the website and advised Coombes farm that the items were not frozen, they had defrosted and so had the packaging and we just cold , the reason we buy this product is because of my husbands very sensitive stomach and there is little food he can eat as a result of this we had to throw our order away, we advised you of this and have heard nothing from you”

“hi the salmon i recieved on wenesday is great however it was all defrosted i know i can freeze again but i dont like doing it. my order was sent in two lots a week apart . and was not informed till i rang and asked where my salmon was and was told you were short on salmon. I should have been informed before to try and get some from somewhere else.but thank you for nice meat and fish.”

“I ordered 30 of the chuck steaks as I am on the carnivore diet and I have to say these were fantastic and exactly what I was looking for, I will definitely be ordering again and trying there other products. There delivery was great very well packaged and kept frozen on arrival and there customer service through the process was professional. Highly recommended!”
