“If it was possible to score zero I would. This is a company of charlatans. They take your money send you nothing and ignore your emails. What ever you do DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SHOWER OF CROOKS.”

“I went in and bought a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a dryer, and a washing machine. They were excellent from beginning to end. They provided excellent customer service. Nobody beats ComWales' prices, whether you're buying one or a bunch. I carried out extensive research. They literally beat all competitors' prices.”

“The staff seems to be extremely polite. Not to mention the fantastic prices and the most reasonable delivery fees I've seen from any home appliance store, and we live quite far away. Most wanted to charge so much. We installed our own washer, they reduced the delivery charge. This company is fantastic.”

“We waited over a month for our order , rang numerous times never anyone to answer the phone , emailed a few times finally got a reply ,had to order same item from amazon as was a birthday present it was here in 3 days...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE A TOTAL WAST OF TIME”

“Took a long time to deliver this service - longer than that specified on the website .I had to make 2 contacts to the 'help' email before I got a sensible responsible response about when to expect my order. I started to worry that the website was not 'genuine' after all”

“I've the greatest experience here. Excellent place for purchasing appliances. They have a microwave, refrigerator, oven, as well as a washer and dryer. I purchased a washer and dryer for a lot less than most stores in the market. The guys there are extremely friendly. I'll be back the next time.”

“Do NOT buy from this company. Not had delivery even WAY BEYOND the estimated timeframe and I have had absolutely no success at all in trying to contact them. I have now taken this all up with the 'dispute team' of my bank. For peace of mind, purchase from a company you know and trust.”

“It would have been 5 stars if my goods had arrived when expected. I placed the order on 13th Oct and it did not arrive until 14th Nov,the website stated 5-10days delivery, so disappointed with the delay. Customer services were very good and responded to my queries rapidly and did try to get my order to me.”
