“Great products, but took nearly 2 weeks for delivery. Just a shame really on such good products. Makes you want to look at competitors with having to wait so long”

“I haven't received my order yet!! I paid £3.00 and if you'd posted it 2nd class if have it by now. Where is my order? You've not even confirmed its been dispatched! Terrible service and it looks like I'll need to go elsewhere in future. I have now run out of supplies!”

“Ordered Wednesday. Rang up Friday and was told it takes 3-5 days just to send it which is just disappointing. I was hoping to take advantage of your summer sale but this simply isn't good enough. I also never got a call back when u rang up.”

“As of yet I havent recieved my delivery or an email stating it has been passed to your carriers, despite placing this order on Tuesday morning at 7:30am, and we are now on Friday! Bad idea to ask forna review when you havent even delivered my products!”

“I ordered some items (Order WEB24690) 5 days ago and still haven't been given a delivery date. This is poor - when I place orders on eBay I always receive a delivery date within 24 hours, so why can't you do the same?”
