“Our driver Anthony was wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver. We had a great time chatting and sharing as we drove to Paris and it was like having your best friend drive you to the airport! He did a great job maneuvering the Paris traffic and pointing out places of interest along the way. The journey seemed to fly by thanks to his wonderful driving and personality. We would definitely recommend using this service. We had not used this service before but are SO glad we did!”

“Overall a wonderful experience from booking to pick up. I was concerned the may not be able to contact me as I had a new SIM and phone number but the called me on what's app to try to find me, so very reassuring. The driver was lovely, friendly and helpful and the car clean. Just one minor issue. I had arranged for the payment and given my credit cards details and to my surprise the driver asked if I wanted to give a tip. I was a little taken back and felt rude not to (K thought this may have been common practice here in London, so I added a tip ( he was a great driver I felt after all) but did not expect that and was put on the spot. The company did call to check (about the tip)with a phone call later (which was fantastic and amazingly professional) and apparently it is not common practice and drivers should never do this. Despite this hiccup , I would not hesitate to recommend them and I am a very highly critical person who expects impeccable service. I would definitely recommend the and I will use them again. Thank you.”

“Everything was excellent. Got a phone call from them to inquire about our arrival time since we were late. -The only thing that wasn't clear was we arrived 30 minutes late and we were charged an extra 15 euros - I think that was a fair price, I just didnt understand that was the policy. The website said the driver would wait up to an hour, but it wasn't clear that we would be charged if we were late. Otherwise, everything went perfectly. I would use them again but I would like to know what the charges would be if we were 5 minutes late, 15, 30 minutes, etc.”

“Super friendly driver, he was already waiting for us when we arrived with our flight. And was really flexible that we could have some time to arrange a sim card at the airport as well as some food. His driving was very good and safe. Overall super happy.”

“Our driver was waiting at arrivals with a big welcoming smile on his face which was a great introduction to Croatia. The car was lovely and really clean, driver friendly. We had the same driver on the return journey and again his smiling face was lovely to see. Wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.”

“They were impeccable. Met at the exit of airside at near to midnight, straight to the vehicle, very pleasant and professional driver who literally walked me to the door of my accommodation (on a no-drive street). And no haggling or inflation re the pre-agreed price.”

“100% positive experience. Flight arrived early but driver was still there waiting on us. My wife is disabled and the driver couldn't have been anymore helpful. The car was perfect and had excellent air conditioning. Cheaper than an uber, will definitely be using them again.”

“I had a highly disappointing experience with City Airport taxis during my recent trip from Vienna Airport to the city. Despite requesting a child seat for my infant, it was not provided, putting my child's safety at risk. As a result, I had to arrange alternative transportation. When I contacted their emergency line, I was given a false explanation regarding the absence of the child seat. The situation was worsened by the fact that the company only refunded me half the price of the ride, which is insufficient given the inconvenience and potential danger caused by their negligence. I strongly advise against using City Airport Taxis Their failure to prioritize customer requests, ensure passenger safety, and provide a reasonable refund is unacceptable. I recommend finding a more reliable and customer-oriented transportation option instead.”
