“I paid for a service I have not received for a valuation on a vehicle I am told it is being dealt with? How difficult can this be?”

“I asked for a check on a vehicle and some of the information I wanted was not present on the report so I bought another elsewhere and the missing info I thought should have been present on the Cazana report was on the one I got from the other company. Specifically the details of the last MOT test were missing and they were extremely important as I wanted to see how many Advisories there were. There were a lot when I actually found it.. In essence I spent £9.99 for nothing really because the report was incomplete. The MoT info I needed was from last December so it wasn’t a case of not having time to be updated. I wouldn’t have the confidence to use Cazana again.”

The reason that we don't provide full numbers is that these could be copied and used to clone vehicles. The reason we provide this service is to enable customers who are purchasing a vehicle to check the last 4 digits of the engine number and VIN, to ensure that a vehicle or engine has not been copied or cloned.

“your report was the best of the lot , clearly highlighting the important facts. when it comes to your valuation re mileage/condition/ - You were about 20 % of the mark. I appreciate in the current times you may have not had access to reasonable up data , but you r valuation of £ 1400 odd was unrealistic . ther was any car near that price ( all Autotrader & Gumtree ) £ 1800 -2000 was the average price . there were a couple outside the south East for £1600-1700. hopefully teh one I bought for one of my daughters will be a good one”

“Not very good , no email.to.see the report, you just have to read it and absorb the information there and then . On the plus side there was alot of information on the vehicle, I just don't have a photographic memory”

Hi Rachael The report should have been e mailed to you to the address that you used to purchase the report. Have you checked your spam or junk boxes as sometimes it goes there? If you would like to e mail in to support@ukvehicle.com and we will happily send you a copy.

“Instant report but most of the details were available for free online. MOT data was not up to date only reporting 2019 and earlier dates. Regarding previous articles offering vehicle for sale it provided details but not the source and date. I eventually found the details using open-source research. Would not recommend”

Checks are available to customers at three different pricing levels: Silver check - £3.99 - some information such as stolen, written off and finance information is not included Gold check - £19.95 for 5 checks (at £3.99 each) - contains full information but only available as a bundle of 5 One off check - £9.99 for a single full check The price of your chosen purchase is clearly stated at checkout
