“Update, 20-5-20 Just spoken with mark, was very helpful and sorted the delivery issue! Thank you very much. Terrible customer service, no help to resolve a delivery issue of something that has been Invoiced for but not delivered,shame because everything else had been great. “I ordered last early hours of Thursday 7th May and I have still not received my order... Email said it was out for delivery on 8th may but still nothing....... This is definitely poor service. Catering 24 never said there was any problems.... Very disappointed! We have tried phoning but the phone is either just ringing or answer machine is full so can't speak to anyone to sort it.”

Hi David, Your order was dispatched the same day on the 7th, however the 8th was a bank holiday as the government changed it from the Monday to the Friday for VE day, there was a notice on the website at the time of ordering. The order was then attempted on Monday but the status from the courier that you were closed/carded. It has been updated for delivery out to you again today (12th), Thank you, Catering24 Team.
