“Using my phone to try and order a treat for my sick sister I spent 30 minutes going round and round, attempting to fill-in the form. First it wouldn't let me enter a different billing and delivery address, then it demanded the recipients' phone number (totally unnecessary!) then it kept resetting my delivery choice to blank and I had to enter it again, finally when my bank sent me a one time pass code there "Are you a robot?" question timed out by the time I entered the code - it had been no more than 30 seconds! For a living I work in Customer Services for a large online retailer, so I am pretty online savvy, as I do it for a living. When I sent an e-mail to complain, I got a response asking me to call a premium line number, then they would call me back, but they couldn't do personalized items over the phone! For along established, Worldwide company this is ridiculous.”

“SO VERY VERY BAD, THEY USE A PREMIUM RATE NUMBER TO CALL TO MAKE AN ORDER. WHEN YOU CALL VIA HEAD OFFICE THEY PUT YOU THROUGH TO A NUMBER THAT JUST RINGS OUT AND NEVER GETS ANSWERED AND WHEN YOU TELL THE MAIN SWITCHBOARD THIS THEY JUST COULDNT CARE. DIRECT IS SO VERY BADLY RUN.”
