“Product EPOS Sennheiser GSX300 External Soundcard Purchased this over xmas 22 after reading mixed reviews decided to buy from BOX as it was half the price of Amazon. After tweeking the audio settings in win 10 got a nice clean sound output. very happy with Box Service and a bargain to boot”

“Excellent service all round. This is my first time using BOX. I ordered the wrong item. It was sorted out immediately when I called to change my order by a very pleasant lady at the sale team. Delivered next day for a very reasonable amount by DPD. My item, HOTAS 4 Flight stick arrived in excellent brand new condition and works perfectly. Many Thanks BOX for a perfect buying experience.”

“Bought a TV march 2022 returned via sharps as instructed by box November as it was faulty My TV still hasn't been returned..no TV for my family over Christmas..neither nox or sharps will advise me as to when my telly is being returned ..absolutely diabolical company”

“I purchase 32inch 4k monitor that said it was A grade but when it came and i pulled out of the box the back panel was broke finger marks all over the screen and it was just dirty so to me this was not A grade but more B grade so got onto Box right away and can you believe it they offed me £5 refund now it as gone up to £20 voucher so have to spend that in there shop that i don't need anything as my build is complete just don't think i will going back.”
