Regular taxi user, won't ever use boro again...... Royal cars came to my rescue, could not have been more helpful and kind oh and 8 quid cheaper too!!. USE ROYAL CARS NOT BORO TAXIS”

Last time driver not give me full rest and I was see to late when I was at home. The driver number 1960 plate number CU63NLN very bad attitude, not cultural and I shoudbe call the police for this behavior.”
“Ordered a taxi to get picked up from work… put in the notes to come around the back. He did not. Got a phone call off the driver having a go at me saying he’s around the front and why I’m not there. I told him I was around the back because that’s where I requested to be picked up from. So I walk to the front of my work place and he proceeds to tell me off again.. to which I explained I put it in the notes to come around the back… 9 times out of 10 they do come around the back.. not this one”
“Ordered taxi to Newcastle airport from ingleby Barwick said price was£64 charged £68 booked return charged £73 gave flight number and we were delayed so charged us extra £15 delay time so £88 it's a same because the drivers are always pleasant but greedy owns won't use again”

“Took a cab to town ,pleasant driver with hybrid taxi my grumble though is the app it insists on sending me a 4 digit code when I first register but after putting in my number it does not send the code no matter how hard I try so I rang for the cab but that meant paying cash at the destination as you can only use a card with the app luckily I had some on me as we were not near a machine so that could have been awkward”
“Hi, I am so disappointed with one of your drivers, MOHD mizanur. Booking ref: 35010924.. in a nutshell my father in law had a bad turn he is 78 years old and we approached the taxi after being in the Conquest pub in NORMANBY for all of 5mins, your company took us to the pub in the first place..however. upon approaching your drier he locked the doors advising he could not take us, this is despite my elderly father in law struggling To breath. Your driver opened the window and Told us he couldn’t take us and placed his belongings on the seat. Fortunately my husband stated we would all sit in the back despite my father in law Being a larger guy.. but to be fair he he had already decided he did not want us in his cab.. I get with Covid19 rules can be difficult but he was rude, did not try to help and showed no common sense whatsoever.. I will never use your service again, absolute disgrace!! An elderly gentleman who was very evidently ill and he refused us access to the cab”
