“I wish I had read these reviews first ! One month on - no order no response to my requests for information on it - yet payment taken. And constant bombardment to buy more stuff. They have to be joking ! Why would I send more money to a company that obviously does not deliver! Use beauty.com at your peril !”

“Like so many others, I never received my order. There seems to be no guidelines in place for when this occurs. You get a “So sorry, don’t forget to re-order!” Needless to say you do not get your money back. I now shop elsewhere.”

“Didnt received my orders.. definitely scam! Follow up them on email after one month of waiting but they say they will check on their carrier partner. And after more than one month still no update.. Scammers!”

“I got a notice on 1st December 2020 at 13:41 from Beauty expert saying my order has arrived. However, there was nobody ringing the doorbell. I went down immediately to check but there was NO packages waiting for me. I raised the issue straight away on the day on Beauty Expert website and follow the instruction to provide the disclaimer form to justify nobody received my package. It's been over a week and there's still NO response!”

“Do not purchase from Beauty Expert! I wish I had read these reviews. I waited for over a month for my order to arrive, then was advised that the parcel had been sent without my full address details, despite confirmation on order that these were correct. They use a third party OMNIPARCEL to deliver items who have no contact details. Had to follow up four times with Beauty Expert and was finally informed that a refund had been issued with no apology, And despite the fact I requested my parcel be readdressed and sent. Should have used another company and will never use Beauty Expert again.”

“Please read reviews before purchasing! I wish I had. Delivery took over 30 days and products had been opened. Olaplex is definitely not legitimate- seal peeled back and it is either completely watered down or a different product all together. Smell is different too so I suspect a totally different product. DO NOT USE BEAUTY EXPERT - they are a SCAM”

“I placed an order after receiving an email with a voucher code for a Clinique £56 free gift with any purchase. They completely denied that the voucher code ever existed, despite me trying to forward them the email. I also demonstrated to them in the live chat that I could again use the voucher code, but they still denied all knowledge of it and refused to send the gift. I cancelled the order, but they would not refund me. Have reported to my credit card company.”

“Thank goodness i received my items yesterday! To be honest... the estimated delivery date given was great because i received those items with no defects or leakage. Thumbs up! Happy!”

“Original order confirmation said to expect delivery in 14 days. I contacted to follow up and was informed delivery could take up to 30 days and if it did not arrive I should follow up with customs. No tracking number given. I had given up hope, then... products arrived almost 6 weeks after placing order.”

“I do NOT recommend ordering from Beauty Expert. I ordered 2 products almost 2 months ago I received 1 item and did not receive the second item and they will not refund me for the item which I paid them for but did not receive”

“My lipstick never arrivered more than 2,5 months ago. A few mail and always the answer we are investigating. Also no refund. Never order there!”

“They are a complete scam site. So legit looking too. I ordered three items never got an email with any tracking, when due I asked where my items were told they could take up to a month. Asked again after a month, they never mentioned tracking or that they could see where they last were. They quickly offered a refund, I accepted. Still waiting on that. When I ask where it is I get the same generic message that it will take 3-5 days although I’m writing it’s been longer than that. I am going to send this to the financial ombudsman service, everyone having experienced similar should do the same!”

“Oh dear, wish I'd read these reviews first. Bought a rather expensive Nuface as a Birthday present. Dispatch note said it was sent and with the courier. I've chased three times and been told different things. Currently out of pocket by £140. Shame.”

“After two months still waiting for my parcel. I was told by tracking that my parcel was delivered - however I never received it. I needed to sign papers to proceed an investigation - but two month no results. I paid almost 64 euro and thats a big money for me. I asked for a refund a month later - Beautyexperts telling me they are still waiting for a response from their delivery company. I really don't recommend buying anything from this shop. They are not gonna do anything to help you, customer service is not doing their job well. They care about their money because they sent this parcel, but they don't care I didn't get it. Don't take a risk with them”

“I placed my order which should have had a free gift included. I received an email informing me that the gift would follow then further emails saying it would be dispatched, then a final email to say it was cancelled. Complained to customer services whose response was free gifts are not sent if out of stock! no alternative gift was offered, and an extremely offhand reply which when followed up was ignored. Terrible customer service a company to avoid”
