“Ordered a card with brownies for a friend of mine.
Order was tracked delivery but when I received my order confirmation; there was no tracking number included.
Had to chase to get tracking information which was sent the following day.
Not having the tracking number meant that I couldn’t be certain if the package had arrived.
Card was slightly damaged but brownies were apparently great”

The tracking information is provided by Royal Mail and is sent out the evening the product is actually despatched not when ordered as things may change before they are sent out.

“The brownies were lovely and it’s a fabulous idea to be able to send baked goodies. However I paid for a tracked next day delivery and never received the tracking notice. As a result the gift waited 5 days before it was collected from reception and the customer service reply was inadequate, just offering me a basic 10% discount on future orders and did not apologise or seek to reimburse me the extra postage charge or acknowledge the mistake and disappointment caused as a sender. I am still waiting on a reply to my follow up email. Sadly I won’t be recommending your service. An apology would have been so much more appropriate.”

I do feel having the product delivered on time to the correct place and signed for means that your disappointment was a little beyond our control. However, I have asked customer services to get back in touch with you directly on this matter.
I do also see that you gave a five star review of the product itself so I am glad they were eventually enjoyed.
