“Super fast delivery and great pre-sales customer service when ordering my PA System. The real test is when things go wrong and unfortunately one of the speakers was defective on arrival. Knowing that I was against time due to gig commitments, Amber at Astounded organised a replacement unit to be shipped next day, so that we could still do the gig. As we all know times are hard for musicians, and this level of support from Amber and the Astounded team meant that we could honour the gig and keep working. Your customer service is brilliant and I would highly recommend.”

“What lovely people. So helpful. Despite Covid and the fact that they have to work from home, they seem to be doing a great job. Took a couple of calls to establish exactly what was needed and in no time at all, the order was processed. Delivery took longer than expected but understand these are difficult times.”

“Wanted a portable PA. Astounded's web site had an excellent review of portable PA's. Were very helpful when I then spoke over the phone. Price was excellent and delivered next day for free. Really pleased with the QTX QX12 PA-PLUS purchased - well built, good sound, lots of connection options and not too heavy.”

“PA system sound is excellent. Delivery was very fast. It does wobble a lot when wheeling along and the controller doesn't work from a distance of more than about 3 feet, but overall I'm pleased.”
