“A lovely site with some gorgeous and unique items to buy. The site is a little slow to manoeuvre around and a quick peek is not possible. Too many categories to click on before you can find the goodies! but saying all that there are some beautiful pieces to be found and some great bargains! Delivery was extremely quick and everything arrived neatly and perfectly packaged with no breakages (and I bought a lot of glassware!) I will definitely be back! :)”

“Really impressed with this website. I ordered a brand of chocolate where had I ordered this through the brand's own website, I would have had to have paid an extortionate amount of p&p (a pet hate of mine!) Instead, AskHerFriends.com gave me a superb choice and no delivery charges. The parcel arrived in a good amount of time and was wrapped really nicely. Every element of the process was easy and hassle free. I would definitely order from here again!”

“Half of my order hasn't arrived, an the most expensive part is rubbish quality. Not at all like the picture suggested a luxury leather weekend bag!! It is thin an not put together very well, not the lovely gift I wanted to give”

Hi Al-lan, I'm very sorry that the product wasn't up to standard, the weekend bag is actually one of our best sellers and is usually extremely well received, so I find out what has happened there. As for the late arrival of the other items, because we're a marketplace some items do arrive at different times from different sellers, and that seller's delivery times are slightly longer than others, but again I will look into it. I'm very sorry you've had a disappointing experience with AskHerFriends.

Hi Catherine, I'm very sorry to hear that. We work very closely with our sellers and try to make things as easy as possible for them to make sure our customers are delighted each time, but sometimes mistakes are made. I will make sure I speak to La De Da Living so that it doesn't happen again.

“Fantastic service! Needed my gift to be delivered before the 3-5 delivery dates quoted and they went that extra mile ensuring it was delivered on time. Ordered the Cosmopolitan gift set (cheapest I found) and my mum was thrilled with her "unique" (she has everything) and "amazing" gift. I will definitely be ordering again in the future, but won't leave it so late next time.”
