“I am very happy with my fair isle beanie. The traditional look is just what I wanted but being outside a lot looking after animals, sometimes in high winds and exposed conditions, I really needed the technical performance that was advertised. Well I’ve just come in from Storm Christophe in the Peak District and my head is dry and warm despite the wind and rain. Ideal design for me.”
