“Package arrived and intact on the stated day of delivery. Instructions were clear and comprehensive, with the whole wardrobe taking 4hrs to assemble from start to finish, though this will vary based on your level of experience. Basically, everything was at it should be and so five stars seems appropriate.”

“I recieved my order in damaged packaging. I then opened it to find the pieces looked used and had damage on most pieces! Im awaiting a response and a refund!”

“The furniture is damaged and of poor quality. The telephone number for Allure furnishings constantly rings and no one answers and the complaints email states you will get back to us within 2 hours and I have heard nothing.”

“I ordered the bed to be delivered on Friday as we had a guest staying with us over the weekend. My wife took the day off work to receive it. We then received a text message from the courier notifying us of the delivery the following Monday. After calling 3 times to discuss (and emailing), nobody got back to us to advise why the delivery date could not be met. Complete lack of care and communication.”

“I chose a certain day for my goods to be delivered (as I work shifts) stayed in all day for them not to arrive, they did arrive the following day but was unhappy as I'd worked a night shift and was woken up at 10:45am to receive the goods”

“Delivery problems with carrier used by Allure, did not arrive when first agreed. No feedback from Aĺlure personnel when I contacted them, although they promised to do so. I had to resolve delivery issue myself with agreement with carriers.”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address and was refused. I managed to find out where the attempted delivery was made and e-mailed your company with the correct delivery address. The order was then re-scheduled for Monday. The order did not arrive so I thought I would go to the incorrect delivery address and see if they had tried to deliver it there again. Luckily some kind person accepted the order so I was able to have the order. I have not yet unpacked or assembled the furniture as I am waiting for my re-decoration to be completed but if the delivery is anything to go by I do not hold out much hope. I could have accepted the initial mistake but after e-mailing the correct delivery address, which was pointless, I remain totally unimpressed. Thanks, Dissatisfied.”

“I order 8 chairs from this business. It did not get delivered after 15 days. When I call them they just saying they have no update and can't even say what happened to the order. Worst purchase experience, customer service and overall business I have dealt with. If you want to get rid of your money and get nothing for it buy from allure furnishing”

“I had ordered the wrong colour for a tv unit I purchased, I sent a couple of emails they didn't respond as quickly as I thought but they did respond in time before my delivery. I had notifications of when my item would arrive which was great and it arrived when they said it would. I had read some poor reviews but overall they were good and I would purchase from them again”

“Poor service table has arrived with 2 huge splits in the top. Filled in form took pictures 5 days later still waiting for a response. Cannot believe this company has zero customer service but asks for reviews!!!!”
