“They have provide good quality product at the time of my first order so I place second order for total 5 pc. NOw all blunder started We recd three product together in one order. Now we want to return only one product as its color is totally different from what they are showing in image. But they didnt understand it and only want to return all 3 product. Even after talking with their person at call centre and online application to return one product they didnt understand. Either their staff is in efficient or their web site is also not working properly. Also they are not giving delivery in time. May be their connect with xpressbee is not proper. We cant track our order from App or website. They have cancelled one of my order by their own stating that unable to deleiver the product. Really very very bad exprience with second order. Really dissatisfied with the service they provided”

“Actually I ordered one t shirt from DNMX brand. I used for one time and I washed that t shirt one time and it's colour is totally faded out. After that I called to customer care for replacement. But they are telling that they don't have replacement.”

“Garbage cloth were delivered instead of kurta set and Ajio is not accepting their mistake. Not providing the refund. This becomes a farzi app. Don't order anything from ajio. Pathetic customer care service”

“Ajio app is very bad app they send local product and if you order 2 they send one duplicate product and charge for 2. And if you complaint for refund they not arrange pickup and not contact you. My money waste in ajio order, I have only one product and they charge for 2, received product is local I can't use this kind of product. They charge lot of money and sending duplicate product and local shop products. Please dont use ajio they are fake people side.”

“Order cancelled by Ajio, without any reason. Customer support team unable to explain the reason. Not reliable and trust worthy online plat form, you may loose time and money, be careful. Below is is the msg from customer support team.. "Unfortunately, your AJIO order, with ID: FN8041401497 couldn’t be delivered due to some unforeseen logistical constraints despite trying our best. Currently, the order is being returned to the warehouse. Request you to please place another order".”

“Very bad experience. First ajio sends item without tag then while returning ajio will reject the return request stating that tag is missing. This is fraud. I am very disappointed with ajio. I used order a lot from ajio but now i will never use Ajio service or item.”

“Very Bad delivery experience. They don’t have their own delivery channels. So I returned product of ₹2000 to one of the delivery partner (ShasowFax) of Ajio but they are saying they didn’t receive any product. Apologising for not refund.”

“I have ordered one kurta and Ajio shipped one saree that to with full of mud and colour is shaded. When I raised a complaint no one is responding to my query. I think this is how Ajio is cheating customers and blaming customers. They think that customers don't have any work. No respect to customers.”

“I ordered few products, they sent it by different orders. Package says 2 products inside but there was only one product inside. They simply raise the complaint and close after few days without doing anything. It’s very big scam. Every order you loose some products, they deliver without checking anything. Some products will get delivered without belts, missing accessories. Total time waste money waste. I don’t recommend AJIO at all. Be careful with this scams”

“ajio is worst online shopping app... they delivered damaged and defective product... and when u rise return and request then they simply said that product was delivered u in good condition.. ( i also attached the response given by ajio care and also attached image..) as well as they not allow customer to open product in front of delivery boy.. i ordered one top and top one sleeves completely damaged.. and i rise refund and return request many times but unfortunately they refused to refund or replace that product... such a embarrassing situation for me... i request many time and also called many time to customer care... but no positive solution given by them.. they never trust on their customer.. one think i suggest that whenever delivery boy deliver any product then please make sure that items should be open in front of customer...”

“I placed an order on 5Mar2024 a denim skirt with ruffle which delivered but as I had size issue. I put it on return request but it didn't pick up from Ajio then after 30 days or more I called up customer care for the same then they asked me to self shipment as per their instructions on phone and text messages I did self shipment but now warehouse is not accepting I don't know what is the lack of communication between these two.. and here I am suffering a lot...Ajio is harrassing me by providing new new instructions...they are not doing their work properly,they only be seated there for harassment”

“I have put return request for 3 items and refund is initiated only for 1 items. The delivery partner picked up the 2 items without collecting OTP and still now no resolution provided for the refund of two returned items. I reopened the ticket and waiting for resolution”
