Tried to get through to them for ages, and I mean ages, finally got through at 19.02 to be told its out of hours even though the website states 20.00. Agreed to call me today at 09.00 - 09.05. No call which doesn't bode well. Lost my custom

This company has been an absolute shocker to deal with for my daughters car insurance. I would NEVER recommend them and am horrified that they have been allowed to operate as an insurance company, this also goes for ERS. I cannot begin to go into detail about their despicable treatment and service. Hours have been spent on the phone to them, much money spent and all for nothing as they have cancelled my daughters policy even though everything requested was sent to them. They are an absolute waste of space. STAY AWAY.

Horrendous cancellation charges. Cancelled within 48 hours. 132 pound taken by this outfit . Dick Turpin lives on. Avoid!

Insured my son who is learning to drive last year when he was a student but now he is working his more if a risk?? Not even driving to work yet as not passed! Odd

This company changed £270 to cancel an insurance policy that had only been taken out a few minutes earlier. There was very poor communication re costs and conditions. These people are dishonest.

“TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY” Provided all documents as requested within the time they stated which they confirmed they had received. Then get a letter saying my insurance is being cancelled as I haven’t provided the documents! They have taken my money and cancelled my insurance for no valid reason. Absolutely joke of a company and a huge ripoff!!! Avoid at all costs

HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!!! AVOID!!! So many bad reviews anyway says it all wish I had read these reviews before using them! Really unprofessional all they want is to take extra money from people when you question them they don’t know what to say. Can’t wait to leave this company I won’t recommend anyone or ever use again really regret even giving them a penny of my money to a rubbish company!!! Avoid at all costs.

**Company that targets younger drivers and exploits them. ** Cannot express how much I advise not taking insurance with this company. The only way to make amendments to your policy is by phoning, and their openning hours are impractical for anyone working a 9-5 job (plus the length of time they leave you on hold is shocking). I read bad reviews prior to taking insurance with them and I wish I had paid attention. Any amendments made to the policy are extremely expensive, for changing to business use and reducing my miles by 2000 I was charged over £100. Refunds for cancelling the policy take up to 30 days, on top of this the money they deduct for you cancelling is ridiculous. One positive though, if you select the option on the phone that you wish to cancel your insurance, amazingly they answer a lot faster. I have ended up worse off by cancelling my policy and going else where, but from a moral point of view I could no longer insure my car with a company that profits so much from 'young and inexperienced drivers'. Just to note, I have been driving for over 3 years and I am still classed as 'inexperienced'.

Can't leave zero stars apparently but don't touch this company. My son took out car insurance on his provisional licence so that he could learn in his car. He took his test (managed to get a cancellation as there are currently long waits) and they then could not insure him - apparently because there were less than 40 days between him starting the insurance and passing his test to then need insurance on a full licence. In spite of them not being able to insure him, we were charged a cancellation fee of £130 - nothing mentioned at the time of us taking the policy out about the 40 days (and pretty fundamental in this situation). Absolute bunch of scammers who are making money off people in a difficult situation - test dates are hard to get and who is not going to jump at a cancellation giving them an earlier test date???

I would not touch this company.They are… I would not touch this company.They are complete con artist who take your money then cancel your insurance after all documentation has been supplied,they know think it is adequate for them to them send a bill for more money Financial ombudsman is being contacted
