“It wasn’t explained at the time of booking that the shuttle bus didn't start until 4am, hence I had to get a taxi to get round to the terminal. This will be considered when booking in the future.”

“Paid for priority parking when I arrived your machine wouldn’t take my ticket, didn’t realise there was a help button and as I was in a rush and it was pouring rain I went and parked in the normal parking area. I did speak to someone on Thursday when I returned and they are going to look into getting a refund arranged.”

“Easy to get from a to b, priority parking excellent, very friendly staff (especially security which we were grateful for as stressful travelling with small children)”

“Excellent pricewise if booked in advance. Nice wide spaces in Priority so worth the extra. One downside is that the prepaid ticket isnt recognised by the pay machine so have to treck to the customer booth to get it rectified. Not every time but a bit of a bind when returning from transatlantic trips. Overall very good which is why only good and not very good.”

“The parking was fine as was entry and exit but I feel strongly that £33.99 to park for 12 hours is frankly very poor value and felt almost like extortion.”

“Booked short stay parking for a weekend. Easy to book on-line, with appropriate times available. Found a space in the covered area of the car park within easy reach of the terminal. Reasonably good value for money.”

“Priority parking is great, everything done with one ticket👍 Where you collect your cases from domestic flights is far far away from arrivals gate, you have to walk through the airport to get your cases, not good for older folk.”

“Arrived at barrier and would not let me in after I had bought a weekend pass on the website. On departure would not let me out and had to explain all again. So poor service”

“As our flight was due to depart at 6am we arrived at the car park at approx 3:15am only to find that the shuttle service did not operate until 4:00am. The driver eventually arrived at 4:15 meaning we got to the airport at 4:30am. Not the requested 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. On return from abroad we found NO signage of where the pick up point was and only found it by asking other travellers where it was. All round, a very poor service which we will not use again.”

“We paid in advance for the Priority Car Park, as we have done before without problem. On our return and picking up tge car all weng well until we got to the exit barrier of the main car park. On putting the ticket into the machine it advised that there was £277.00 to pay! I used the call button, explained the situation and it was resolved and we were released. Luckily there were no other cars behind as it took a few minutes. Not ideal. The car park itself is great.”

“Domestic baggage reclaim is a bit of a joke, walk the length of the airport after arrival and the double back on yourself after collecting baggage but quicker than it was.”
