Brought 2 Chest of drawers from this furniture store, they look great! However on opening the packaging I found many of the panels had chips, one of which was huge! (See photos) These were not as a result of the delivery as the packaging was intact and looked in good condition, it looks like lack of quality control on the part of the manufacturer. I was forced to have to use white wood filler to fill in the areas where the veneer was missing as I needed the drawers ASAP. Bit disappointed as I paid over £360 all together and ended up having to pay for other products to try and fix the furniture.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived with damage. Very occasionally items arrive with transit damage. When items arrive with damage we ask for photographs and the part numbers of the parts with damage. Replacement parts are then sent out to the customer. The instructions were had to follow and bits were missing when building the wardrobe. They said they would send the missing screws and strap support but they haven't appeared. Side tables are fine.

The Chest Of Doesn’t Have Runner And Its Do Hard To Open

Thank you for your feedback. The Boston chest of drawers is traditionally constructed with wooden drawer runners and dovetail drawer joints. Whilst the drawers don't have modern metal easy glide runners they do offer great durability.
Ordered a single pedestal corona dovetailed drawers dressing table on 11th May 2020 at a cost of £99.99 with delivery given between 2 to 7 days. 19 days later after numerous emails the package arrived. Bit surprised it seem to be flat packed. Son came next day to assemble it for me and I was surprised to find the drawers weren’t dovetailed. They had sent the cheaper version which was £79. Contacted them saying although it wasn’t what I had ordered would keep it but wanted a refund of £20.99 as I had paid dovetailed drawers. No reply. Finally after further emails they wanted a photo of labels on packing. Didn’t have the packing but had noted down all barcodes and labels on the packaging which was sent to them. They then wanted delivery docket and photos of drawers to prove what I was saying. Sent email with this information. No reply so sent yet another email 7 days later. They said hadn’t received the info so sent it again. Now it is now 9th July over a month later nothing from them. No email and definitely no refund. Not answering phone don’t trust their contact form any more.DEFINITELY DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money send the wrong item and keep the extra money you pay for themselves. Customer service is non-existent in this Company

We are sorry we didn't reach our normal level of customer service in this instance. As this was an unusual case it took us longer to investigate. The customer has been refunded the difference of £20. Due to the higher volume of orders and customer inquiries at this time, we are only responding via email and the contact us form on our website as advised to the customer. 90% of enquiries are responded to within two working days.
I placed an order with this company on 11th May 2020. I fully appreciate that the current situation is very difficult but it’s now the 26th of May and despite sending them 2 emails asking when I can expect delivery they have not had the decency to reply. Very dissatisfied with the service. Would not use again and unless they contact me by Friday I shall be asking for a refund.

bought white corona cabin bed and overall not too impressed, the bed itself is rlly nice and sturdy, however the shelves are a pain to build as the pieces don’t fit together! I don’t understand why the pieces don’t match each other so we’ll be asking for a replacement for the shelves!

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem during assembly. The Corona Cabin Bed has three drawers underneath. If this is the area of the bed you are having trouble with each side of the drawer is different as each drawer side has a groove on one side for the base to slot into. We are able to send out to you any replacement parts that you require.
Chairs are lovely but a shame one is damaged on the seat and in view.

Item is ok quality; king size city block grey metal bed, does creak a bit despite all bolts being tight, secured and examined. Bed feet do stab toes often and have sustained bruising on knee and legs brushing past the metal ends. Initially bed was damaged so abdabs sent a replacement, there was a slight delay in this and abdabs were indecisive with delivery times. The worst bit was yet to come, the driver refused to pick up the damaged bed which was boxed up and ready for collection, he stated he didn't receive instructions to collect a damaged bed but only to deliver one. Its now 24 days and I'm still waiting for abdabs to collect this, its obstructing my front porch and causing elderly people discomfort Despite many emails abdabs have gone silent on the matter and no longer correspond with me. I can't find a contact number for them and am disgusted at the poor customer service!!

As with other reviews, I found the packaging and delivery were very poor. I ordered a large chest of drawers, which came badly damaged on the corners and the back frame. Very thin, crisp sellotape and thin single layer cardboard was used, which was quite inadequate. The sellotape was coming off in parts and the cardboard was torn. No fragile tape or fragile labels were used. It arrived with torn cardboard sections, which had to be taken off in bits. Abdabs were good at arranging collection and replacement, but had the cheek to ask me to pack it well, with fragile tape! Due to its size, I had to spend £38 on thick card and tape. They refused to reimburse me. They said I should have used the original packaging but failed to note that this was damaged and totally inadequate. No apology was offered. I just hope they learn from their mistakes and get the packaging and delivery sorted, as, reading other reviews, this has happened before. I would have liked reassurance that they have made improvements and an apology, as organising a replacement and having to be in for deliveries was inconvenient. I will not use them again.

I ordered this piece of furniture from Abdabs as it was £20 cheaper than another supplier, however, I wished I had paid the extra for reasons I am about to mention.. I received a text confirming the order and it would be delivered on Monday 26th June. I waited in all day and no delivery or call to say why? I rang Abdabs to ask where it was, they said it was out for delivery. I rang DX and spoke to a lady with a very bad attitude, who said they had been and taken a photo of our house number..no knock on the door?? Ridiculous. I asked her if he can ring half an hour before delivering on the new day set, she took my number. I got home from work and he had been again and actually posted a card, no phone call! He came the third day and by luck my mum was here, but again no phone call.?! My step dad unpacked it to put up and three of the panels were split and he's had to practically glue half the thing together. Needless to say Abdabs will not be getting my business again or recommendations.

The tv unit is great! But were given the wrong piece for the draws and they don't open. Which means we would need to go back to step one to replace

I have assembled many a piece of flat pack furniture before, and was disappointed with the fit of the components to my chest of drawers. It is not tightly constructed and as a result is rather flimsy.
