Size? UK took my money before Christmas, now we're on early Feb. It's been 2 months and the order still hasn't been shipped yet. Pure robbery. They don't provide any emails or Phone numbers, any queries are to be made via Twitter, they make it so difficult to contact them, and that's by design.

I tried to buy 6 different times items heavily discounted and every single time they cancelled the order. I asked them why and they said that sometimes the stock is not updated as quickly as it should on their webpage. The problem is that the item, which is one size, still in the webpage 6 days later so I assume that it’s just there to attract people. This is an extremely unethical behaviour, please don’t lie.

So I was looking so to get some Pleasures tees specifically and after browsing online, size? was the website that ringed the bell. I found a variety of them, they were selling at a lower price point and the only drawback was the 15£ delivery so to get shipped at my location. Before heading over so to check out, I headed over so to read some reviews online, and as you probably can tell there is a notable number of negative ones. I was a bit skeptical, however, I decided to go for it. There had been a delay so for the company to actually collect and ship the items from their warehouse but from then and on I received the shipment five days later than expected which is super quick as for the current situation. The tees arrived in excellent condition, not an issue there. At the end of the day, I am more than fine with my order, keeping in mind the workload they have to handle. What has to be done is a more easy way for customers so to reach out to the company while the virtual assistant is not helpful as it just redisplays information and twitter might not be accessible by everyone. Love the iPhone app as well. Would I place another order? I would, absolutely.

Customer service is pure ass & they won’t ship my girlfriend’s Christmas present that I purchased a month an a half ago. I contacted customer service and still haven’t gotten any response, so they’re basically either lying about when it would be delivered, or robbing me.

Unlike other customers I hadn't even ordered anything from this company but found that two amounts of £85 had come out of my Paypal account. I was able to trace the orders to size.co.uk. I phoned them to ask what I was supposed to have ordered and they said two pairs of trainers, the delivery address was not mine but they could not reveal the address they were to be delivered to.......data protection! This was 10 days before the apparent delivery date. They assured us the items would not be delivered and told us to inform their "fraud" team and Paypal, which we did. On the email from Paypal it said the items were being delivered to us! Weird! We now find the trainers were delivered to someone and I have paid for the pleasure, apparently Size.co.uk were unable to contact the courier in time. It seems that Data protection protects the fraudster and not the innocent party. Something underhand is going on here and Paypal are investigating at their end.....meanwhile I am £170 OUT OF POCKET.

Ordered a pair of adidas shoes for £100. Received a confirmation email but no shipping email. 3 days later and still no shipping email, so I tracked the order and it shows that it has been cancelled. No emails nothing. Still held on my money for a further 3 days after cancelling my order. Will get your hopes up to a pair of shoes, hold your money for a while and then nothing.

Took my money never sent my order. It’s been two months. No response no reply no product. They are thefts. Scam artists. Don’t buy from this website.

They are advertising products they do not have and taking peoples money borrowing it for a couple of weeks then paying them back, its a scam they have going pit items on sale they clearly do not have( i know a buyer from jd sports) he knew no one had these trainerswhen i placed the order and guarenteed me i would not get them, size is part of jd if he knew this why are size still taking customers money, never even recieved a email or anything to apoligise or to tell me my order was cancelled nothing at all until i chased them up today 10 days after order somebody really needs to look into this as they should just use banks and pay interest if they need to borrow the money!

All the poor reviews are sadly correct. Ordered trousers that turned up drenched in a soaking wet box. Originally I was offered an e gift card, suddenly that was retracted, (check your call content size, I’m sure you record them) After receiving pics that I and the courier took, they wanted confirmation pics of the trousers before the compensation they originally offered, could be given. Not sure how you capture a now dry pair of damp smelling trousers in a pic. Keep your £12.50, il shop elsewhere. Typical JD service, take your money, and don’t care when it goes wrong. My advice, buy direct from the brand.

BUYERS BEWARE False expectations on delivery date if at all the package is delivered. My friend and I have both had issues and reading these reviews so have most others. It wouldn’t surprise my if there going in to administration soon. They still have the cheek to send my email promotions, WOW! END clothing is the future.

Size? printed and sent items to an incorrect address. After consulting the person at this delivery address they didn't even receive the parcel! Size? state that these items did in fact get delivered to said person (which is extraordinary) so won't deliver the items to me! A representative has advised me to make a civil claim.

Order trainers on the 15/12/20 for before xmas delivered after xmas wrong trainers delivered returned back 14 days later all emails ignored and no refund £75 Disgusting company never again!!!!!.

I live in Sydney Australia and ordered my trainers and then was worried after reading all the bad delivery reviews. They couldn’t have been more wrong in this instance! The trainers arrived 7days after ordering in Jan 2021, I was kept informed regularly of the tracking details- fantastic delivery and fast service, wasn’t expecting the trainers to arrive so fast re Covid and us being in Oz! V happy!

DREADFUL customer service. Order made over a week ago and still no sign of it having been shipped. Twitter customer services for Size? say 'soon' but can't say 'when'. It's not what you expect from an online retailer that wants to stay in business.

Terrible company finally won a raffle then 3 days later just before New year's day i get an email saying my orders been cancelled because there's not enough stock cant you do simple maths if I won the raffle then I won basically you lied about the stock you had and you could of least waited till after New years awful customer service employees I called size 4 times and they just kept hanging up on me I would give them no stars so I have now declined the discount code offered to me as I will never buy anything for size again I now have to wait ages for my money back even though you've had hold of it for weeks already absolutely joke of a company can't even keep to the promise of a raffle so basically doesn't matter if you win they will probably cancel it anyway considering jd sports own size I would expect a better experience and reading other reviews people have had the same Terrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM SIZE MIGHT ASWELL BEND OVER AND TAKE A GOOD F*****G

Customer service is awful. No email, only a number for UK residents. I ordered shoes, they arrived and didnt look like the picture so I went to return them..... only to find they never sent me any docket in the parcel. Went online to try find a way to print a returns label and it says my order number is a number short. Stay away from their online store. Useless!

Placed an order at the beginning of December, Christmas present for a family member. I still hadn’t received my order on 22nd December so have them a call to query where my item was and they had told me they cancelled my order on 19th December. I didn’t receive an email or any contact about them cancelling my order and I am still waiting on my full refund. A Christmas present ruined for a family member.
