The name is Mr. Edwards, not EDWARDS! Plain common English courtesy !! Eventually, by going on-line, I was happy with the insurance cost obtained from One Call. But why should I have to do this, as an existing customer I received my renewal quote in the post, this price was approx £50 more than what I eventually received by going on-line with the same company. What price loyalty, in this day and age there is none!!

I've had nothing but problems since I moved to this company with documentation etc will definitely not renew xx

I only started my insurance with One Call just before Christmas when to my horror a few days later the toilet was blocking and so were the drains. Nightmare! I phoned One Call and within a couple of hours an engineer arrived and sorted it all out. Great news and especially good as it was over the Christmas period and I had 10 people in the house! Very impressed.

Completely lied to. Always had my direct debit set for the 27th and you took it ok the 13th because i had renewed! Rang your customer services promised a call back to resolve and you didn't and you've not even bothered to take this month's payment! Sham of a company

I found them very helpful when I chose One call, as a lady driver on my own wanted to be sure I had all I needed to be safe on the road, i.e breakdown cover, and all the things that go with it

Despite having a comprehensive policy I am not allowed to drive another car. The breakdown cover is not reliable, I need to pay a certain amount before someone come to assist me. Very disappointed.

what impressed me about one-call ,was that after the first year you didnt massively put up the premiums like most firms.You also automatically changed to the new rate for me doing all the work yourself.the raise was so minimal it was easy not to search around for another quote.
