Eventually, by going on-line, I was happy with the insurance cost obtained from One Call. But why should I have to do this, as an existing customer I received my renewal quote in the post, this price was approx £50 more than what I eventually received by going on-line with the same company. What price loyalty, in this day and age there is none!!”
“I only started my insurance with One Call just before Christmas when to my horror a few days later the toilet was blocking and so were the drains. Nightmare! I phoned One Call and within a couple of hours an engineer arrived and sorted it all out. Great news and especially good as it was over the Christmas period and I had 10 people in the house!
