Bought a new computer for my daughter in July, it no longer boots up, when I contacted Zoostorm about their return/repair policy it seemed that I would have to pay to ship it to them, potentially pay to repair it and then ship it back. On opening the pc it now has become apparent that the motherboard was damaged (one component totally bent) and it will be cheaper for me to replace the motherboard myself than send it back to Zoostorm for repairs. Beware....you get what you pay for....next time I will spend a little more and get better quality products.
