Fantastic from start to finish. I literally just had to put the postcode in and press book! You get a personal email as soon as it's done - not just an automated email but a REAL person! This person then follows up with a reminder the day before and sends an email the day after the meeting to check everything was ok.
I must admit - not knowing the actual address beforehand is a little worrying but the service and the meeting room itself was absolutely brilliant - I needn't have worried.
