I've traded many times and whilst there have been a few minor "hiccups" (e.g. recently a book was deemed not be in the box but I know it was since I check, double-check and count all items boxed) on this occasion I get the view that Ziffit has decided it no longer requires my business. Out of 32 CDs sent, 3 have been rejected as being "Cover missing or damaged" ... i.e. damaged, as none were missing. And, of course, one of these was the single most valuable item. All three had been purchased in the last three years from Music Magpie (perhaps through Amazon) and whilst we know their products are not always first class, they are deemed saleable. I check all CDs including inserts/sleeves and believe these rejections are unreasonable. I trust that Ziffit has destroyed the products as per its own rules. If - a "big if" - I decide to trade again I shall keep the products traded to those with minimal value ... at least I won't feel robbed even if cheated!
