It's hard to tell how much the Zeez has specifically helped with my sleep. I have had insomnia for 15 years. This was caused by an external noise source which kept waking me up and made me incredibly anxious about sleeping. My sleep has worsened over the years and every night I wake up without fail at 4am and struggle to get back to sleep again. I decided to try the Zeez sleep pebble after seeing it on TV. I had previously tried hypnotherapy to address my insomnia but to no avail. I started using the Zeez every night last September. I turned my router off at bedtime, started taking multivitamins and using magnesium as Anna suggested. It didn't really seem to help. I also tried to go out for a walk at lunchtime (work permitting) and put the Zeez in my pocket. I think this may have helped me feel more relaxed, or it could have been the placebo effect, I'm really not sure. The one thing that has absolutely made a difference to me is purchasing a lightbox. I bought a highly recommended box on Christmas eve and immediately started using it for half an hour every day on the highest 10,000 lux setting. Within 2 weeks of me using this I have slept much longer and more deeply. I still wake up in the night, but I've found I'm much more relaxed about it. It takes me less time to get back to sleep and when I do, I sleep longer than before. I've gone from averaging 5 hours a night of broken sleep to 7 hours. It's truly amazing and I don't feel absolutely exhausted all the time as I did before. I'm still using the Zeez, taking the supplements and turning my router off at night as well. So as explained it's hard for me to judge exactly how much the Zeez has helped but I do feel more relaxed about sleep than I did before.
