I purchased a board game from ZATU.
Game was sent, then I recived notifiction that package was on hold with customs, becouse some of documents weren't fill up by sender.
The CS said that I can still receive a order or a refund.
I decaided to wait (what a mistake!).
After several emails after a month of waiting ! i received refund (as I later requested) becouse could't receive information what realy happened. Never order again from this shop.
