Always had good service and good deliveries from Zatu in the past. I expect I will in the future too. However I did for the 1st time order something that was on Back Order and the process had not been smooth. (Goods from supplier have gone to the wrong warehouse. Not Zatu's fault I know. Just more delays for me. I'm happy to wait of course, but I think next time I'll only order when items are in stock and never use Back Ordering again ! It just adds another layer of potential issues.)
