If the game is in stock, I would rate Zatu a 5.
However, on a pre-order item I would rate Zatu a 2. Friends of mine put an order with another supplier a week after I had placed a pre-order with Zatu and received it 3 weeks before me. Hence, I won't be placing any more pre-orders.
