I have joy and sorrow at the same time. It has been months since I sent an email about that I can't log in. Every time I received the same email, the same answer and no solution. Then I had to figure it out myself. The system still gives the same error and I can cheat a little to log in. (You guys send to my country but also block my country's IP to log in) So finally I can order. The problem is in all this wasted time I ordered so many things from different places, it saddens me. Because obviously, you give the best prices and pretty good customer support. I had some minor issues after my order though. For example, ı had to cancel it so can gave another order. Customer support said it had been canceled but it never showed on the website. Only after I made a complaint on Facebook it instantly sorted out and I received my money just after that too. On the other hand just because no one from warehouse took pictures, Kieran went there. After that Aaron sorted out my another problem. So it felt like I was in a conversation with them "We will solve everything" suddenly. I will order again. I truly believe you guys are honest and good at your job. By the way "How did you communicate with the company?" has "Live Chat" option. Do you mean Facebook? Because I saw no other chat option.
