Customer services were prompt and courteous, but I received inconsistent information about a Pre Release. It was supposed to be on the 22nd, then it was postponed to the 28th, then the 30th. Then I was told they would have stock ASAP, but I found out that another company had the game in stock, cheaper and delivered it within 24 hours. And credit where credit is due, I did get my refund within 2 days. The Pre Release also delayed another order, which was only shipped after I cancelled the Pre Release. Royal Mail failed to deliver it, and now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for it to potentially arrive before Zatu will do anything. It's a shame as it has tarnished my opinion of Zatu, these were Birthday presents, so them not arriving when they supposed to has caused a little embarrasment my end.
