Not very happy as took quite a while to get the report back, told me on an email within 5 days I had to ring on the 5th day to chase up and they then said it can take up to 10 days! I wasn’t happy as my email stated within 5 days! Also I paid for a Homebuyer report with valuation and did not get the valuation due to the man who done the report wasn’t able to give a valuation, but why did they not tell me this when I Paid for their services!? I won’t be using in future If I need another one
