As a landlord (lady), it is good to get a person responding to one's phonecall upon signing up, to be able to verbally ask any queries one may have. I have had patient and helpful responses and go forward trusting Your Repair will be as good when / if we have practical issues occuring covered by the Plan. Hoping this will be some time in advance but it is good to have confidence in the chosen boiler insurance company. As I am only able to do a review after just joining I am awarding a four star award.
