A story of two half's! So I ordered two larp swords no issues so far then I read some reviews and oh dear I thought but let's see! Tracking number provided great I thought however the status never changed always saying there waiting to receive the parcel from the sender so a few phone calls in the week resulting in the response of yes it will be sent out probably that day but the next day no change at this point I thought I was going to get no where even bought swords else where as a back up plan but then I received a call from the owner/manager (I presume) he was most apologetic and explained the stocking issues and he offered a replacement sword and would get it straight in front of the list and true to his word they arrived today well packaged and as described so a rocky start but I appreciated the call and these things happen so all in all pleased.
