Shockingly appalling service.
Wrong part of trampoline was sent to me and I have emailed, phoned and left messages But nobody has got back to me to advise me what to do! Meanwhile, in these horrific Covid times, my grandson has spent weeks with out his trampoline. I would love to hear from Jumpking so they can advise me what to do!
