Excellent service from jumpking.eu. My replacement pads arrived within two days. This was a world of difference from jumpking.co.uk, who took over two months, never supplied the right size and refused to answer my emails, to the extent that I needed to contact my credit card firm to secure a refund. Please do not confuse the two firms when ordering anything!
