After a long series of chat and email correspondences the hats arrived with a 4 day delay.
The hats have the logo embroidered in a way that did not meet my expectations. I tried to explain this over chat but I clearly failed to be clear enough with the customer service. I hoped the end result would have been something like the YouTube cap you can see in the attached picture, instead I was disappointed.
