Why do you tell me you can individually wrap items, and that unless you are individually told not to, per order -- will indidvually wrap each item--- ??? This is the SECOND TIME I have made an order expecting my items individually wrapped and again they are not? WHY THE INCONSISTENCY?! I emailed about this last time-- I expected a note on my account considering I make repeat orders. I amnot happy that again I have paid for another order and have not recieved my items the way YOU Told me they would come. Instead , I get one big lump. This is not ok. If you want my business again, I want something to say I'm sorry. I 'm tired of the inconsistency with this company.!!
