Thank you for my recent purchase of personalised clothing. The quality of the garments and the logo embroidery is very good. One minor complaint, the items were not folded and subsequently were very creased, especially the soft shell jacket. Your dispatch email stated that the items would be boxed for delivery, my items arrived in a black plastic bag, not folded and very creased, hence four instead of five stars. I will order again and also recommend your company to others, thank you.
