I wanted a design for which I was continuously told could happen and ensure that it could be done. The end product was totally not the end product I wanted. In fact it was really what I was trying to avoid despite contacting them multiple times to try and avoid this situation. And then afterwards they told me it was not feasible but I cld not get my money back or any alternations done and the end product was limited by the machinery they had. Despite me asking multiple times before hand!!! Overall disgraceful customer service and resolution. I will not be ordering any more (which I wanted to do!) and actively discourage anyone that wants to order from them
