Such a shame to write this review as I did have a good experience first time around. Unfortunately not on this occasion. I asked for a quote with leavers 18, same layout and style as the first order with the only difference being the rear number (18 instead of 22) and inserted names (obviously different class). They quoted £56 which I was happy to pay, however once purchased they informed me that I would then have to pay an extra £30 +vat. In order to just have the inserted names printed in straight lines the same as the first hoodie which they had quoted the £56. I got the impression that they were being very unhelpful, purposely awkward and just trying to get extra money for something that should have been so simple.
