The quality of the products are really good but some do have their flaws. We order twice per year and I think only 1 order has been fully successful. We had an issue with a zip but that that rectified straight away by the good staff. The hoodies do bobble quickly, looking rather tatty after only a couple of wears. My recent order has shown a few hoodies sent in the wrong size, but staff have been good to get this sorted. I believe this to be a supplier error so not your fault.
