Customer support is nice and reactive. 1 star is missing just because of weird tech issues on the backend. But hey, I remember - in the middle of the 2000s I worked for a VoIP company... had to do everything from PBX to Provisioning to Billing - all the SIP trunks and all that... it's like a whack-a-mole game with all kinds of problems. Keep up the good work!
