Ordered item on Sunday 3/12. Paid for Delivery by Tuesday. Never arrived. 7/12 requested refund as item never delivered, still waiting for tefunon Mon 11/12. XS-Stock good but need to change couriers used to deliver item. dpd are terrible, just look at their reviews. Suggest XS stop their dpd contract as their Customer Service is only as good as its end to end service. Dpd are shocking and led to us having to get home at their nominated time slot only for it to fail on three occasions.
