Sadly this business is being very poorly supported by their courier. As I could not be in when my parcel was being delivered I opted to collect from my local Matalan Store. They would not give me the parcel no matter what. Despite emails and text messages from both XS and DPD and my driving licence still no parcel. There goes my Christmas present for my new Grand Daughter. I am far from impressed and also short of money now. DPD and Matalan between them are pathetic.
