Answered my questions before ordering, order process very straightforward. Equipment arrived when promised and easy to set up (plug in and go.) All working within twenty minutes of unboxing. Sound quality of calls very good, can't tell 'not a real landline.' Hiccups due to changes of ISP & router and porting of old number largely at our end (due to being in Australia at the time) quickly sorted within a couple of hours of our return by a couple of e-mails and a friendly phone call. Excellent service so far, really happy with Xinix. Very strongly recommended!
