I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tom and the team at Worcester Hearing Centre for helping me with my new Hearing Aids. They are incredible, there's so much more depth and clarity in the sound, it has improved my overall quality of life! (Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made!!) As a profoundly deaf person, I have been attending there for the past 18 years, and I always know I'm in good hands. The level of detail, knowledge and care is absolutely exceptional. Even after receiving my new hearing aids - they would check in and keep close contact to ensure I'm getting on well with them. I can't praise them enough. Highly recommended.
