We used Wellworking to facilitate our office furniture when we moved to our new office. Their customer service is second to none. Emma who was our contact at Wellworking, kept us well informed of our delivery dates, was open and honest and responded to all of our questions and was generally just really on the ball. However, what puts Wellworking above and beyond is the way they have responded to us after initial delivery. We ordered 12 Herman Millar chairs, and one got slightly damaged. Without hesitation they sent a replacement and took the damaged one with no hassle. We got our meeting booth and there was a slight issue with the Monitor Bracket. I emailed Emma to find out what our best course of action was, and she sprang into action. She found out the best way to fix the issue from the manufacturer and then sent some wonderful technicians today to fix the issue with absolutely no disruption to our workflow. The Technicians knew their stuff, they were so helpful to us and worked with minimal fuss and noise. This is excellent service. 10 out of 10 for not only initial purchase but long standing service and aftercare.
